About the event
Shadow work is a form of inner work focused on addressing the more hidden behaviors and thoughts that we all have as human beings.
This workshop is designed to be an introduction to shadow work, helpful tips on how to begin your own shadow work journey, and also learn the valuable skills of basic mindfulness to keep you centered and grounded during your work.
This workshop is being hosted by Mary Rose Boutique (Julianna Allen) and is being led by shadow work author and astrologer Jess Spain.
Your 20$ fee will include the cost of the space, drinks, writing materials for the workshop, and a small gift from Two Moons, the online shop Jess owns.
